At Workwear Australia Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom printed or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return or exchange:
1️⃣ Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
3️⃣ Follow the prompts to complete your request.

🚚 Customers may be responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔍 We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return in case of loss or damage during transit.

✔ Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
✔ If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
✔ Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

⚠️ Restocking Fee: All returned or cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the items.

✔ If you need a different size or style, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
✔ Exchanges are subject to availability.

If an item from your order is missing, please contact us via the form below as soon as possible. Include your order number and details of the missing item. Our team will investigate promptly and arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you.
